"In the spirit of a shared love of choral music", Twickenham Choral Society is reaching out to Thames Philharmonic Choir and other choirs in SW London. 

The Society is hosting a Saturday workshop led by distinguished choral director Ralph Allwood. The workshop will focus on Hubert Parry's Songs of Farewell. Allwood was a choir director at Eton College, and is  currently choral adviser to the musical publisher Novello and to Trinity College, Oxford.

Thames Philharmonic Choir members will be accompanied by ‘a sound of astonishing magnificence’ from ‘one of the finest organs in the country’ when they sing the Sunday services at Southwark Cathedral on 12th February.
